Project Quality Peer Review

Sunrise Consulting and Scheduling provides an independent assessment of client schedules. Our project schedule peer review examines the schedule WBS, baseline, logic, durations, resources, and path to key milestones. Our review includes analyzing the schedule data to identify errors, inconsistencies, gaps or deviations within the schedule. We run a through Sunrise integrity check which includes different methods, such as schedule checks for quality, high duration, missing predecessors, missing successors, constraints, critical and near critical tasks.

Upon completion of our review we provide a project risk matrix, and a schedule risk analysis report. We review the findings with the project team and incorporate feedback into our results. Our peer review provides the project team with key insights to help correct gaps ultimately saving the team time, cost and avoiding potential risks.
