The Urby Harrison is a botique residential building located in the central area of Harrison, New Jersey. Sunrise was engaged as the schedule consultant on behalf of the owner. In this capacity, our role involved assessing the contractor’s plan and offering advice to ownership on strategies to minimize schedule impacts and enhance on-site productivity.
