The Westly is located on the corner of Broadway and 91st which presented unique logistical challenges due to it’s tight site constraints. Adding to the complexity of the location, this boutique residential condominium showcases three cantilevers that gradually grow in size as the building ascends. Sunrise was engaged as the contractor’s consultant. In this role we reviewed construction documents, provided logistics and phasing drawings and constructed the baseline schedule. Additionally, Sunrise provided ongoing schedule support over the life of the project.
