The transformation of one of the nation’s most visible airports involved the coordination of dozens of public and private entities. Sunrise was engaged as the prime contractor’s planning and scheduling consultant to assist in development of the master schedule. Throughout our tenure on this project we reviewed scenarios to accelerate construction and coordinated roadway, bridge, vertical, and airport construction schedules to ensure
on time delivery of a major regional lifeline.
