The Edge has become a major component of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment plan. The highest outdoor skydeck in the Western Hemisphere was completed on an accelerated schedule. Sunrise provided scheduling services to the four floors of fitout that serve the deck. In this capacity, we also performed a full scope review and provided detailed cashflow projections to ensure the project would fall within lending requirements.
