The overhaul of this landmark building involved the reskinning of the retail podium, construction of a steel overbuild, and a new core reconfiguration. Sunrise created the baseline schedule and provided ongoing scheduling services to the contractor. In addition, Sunrise performed a full time-phased study of the interior construction and developed a methodology for the contractor to utilize in their planning and execution of the construction work.
