This complex project saw the adaptive reuse of an existing structure, along with the construction of an adjacent building and an overbuild on the existing building. Operations were maintained at the historic Macy’s on Fulton street during the construction of a new commercial office building. Sunrise served as the contractor’s consultant and was a critical part of the project planning team. Sunrise provided 3D structural coordination drawings for the new building core, created the baseline schedule and provided ongoing schedule support over the life of the project.
