At the heart of New York’s financial district, the City and its benefactors are introducing a unique attraction that will contribute to the vitality of Lower Manhattan. The requirements for this project are complex due to the varied set of stakeholders. Sunrise was engaged as the owner’s construction and schedule consultant. In this role, we review the contractor’s plan and advise ownership on methods to reduce schedule risk and improve production on site.
