414 Gerard is part of a two-building residential complex at 414 and 445 Gerard Avenue in the South Bronx neighborhood of Mott Haven. Sunrise served as the owner’s consultant and was a part of the project planning team. Sunrise conducted an independent plan review of all documents and worked hand in hand with all stakeholders to produce the baseline schedule. Additionally, Sunrise provided ongoing schedule support over the life of the project.
